We believe that finding people you can connect with is important to any persons growing faith. While Sunday morning is a good start, we believe we are created for more! We can connect with people through a shared love for Christ, prayer and bible reading. When we are willing to invest in others this way we also find that we invest in our own faith as well!

The primary way that we facilitate this at HBC is through Grow Groups. Grow Groups are groups for adults that get together in someone's home at least twice a month (some groups meet more often) in order to build real community around studying God's word and prayer.

These groups typically run through the school year with breaks for holidays and summer. Typical sign-up for Grow Groups is in August, but there may be opportunities to get into a group during the school year!

Upper Room Women's Group: This group will being on Monday, September 25th. It will meet each Monday for 6 weeks from 5-6pm. The study for this group is Crossing the Waters by Leslie Leyland Fields. After you sign up for the group online, you will be connected with the group leaders for more information.

Sunday Women's Group: This group has typically meets on Sunday afternoons following church service. This group will meet once or twice each month. After signing up for this group, you will be put in contact with the group leader for more information.

Sunday Men's Group - This is a bi-weekly (twice a month) men's group that meets on the 1st and 3rd Sunday evening of the month from 6-7pm. This group will be listening to a podcast called the BEMA podcast on their own time and meeting to pray and discuss the podcast, as it walks thorugh the scriptures.

Thursday Men's Group - This is a bi-weekly (twice a month) men's group that meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday evening of the month from 6-7pm. This group will be listening to a podcast called the BEMA podcast on thier own time and meeting to pray and discuss the podcast, as it walks through the scriptures.
